We offer a 5-day, return and refund policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the process, please email us at contact@hygeen.co.in. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on where and how to send the item. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on discounted items, sale products, or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item first. Once accepted, you can place a new order by a fresh transaction.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on how the order was placed.
If so, your original payment method will be credited automatically or will be issued via bank transfer to your account for COD orders.
